“The Mouse” is known for its excellent customer service and the ability to make the most ordinary moments, magical. In this session, we will take a look at the 4 Keys that are used to train all of their Cast Members and what those would look like if we brought them to our afterschool programs. Participants will reflect on their program’s procedures and program culture, as well as walk away with some resources to recharge the magic in their program.
