Do you struggle with low youth engagement and teacher staff burnout? In this session, we will explore solutions to these problems with youth led club crafting. At the beginning of each year, Walden's afterschool program holds a Club Crafting Day where youth are encouraged to find other youth with similar hobbies and interests, to band together to find a teacher-mentor, and to design a club. Come to this session and we'll show you step-by-step what our Club Crafting Day looks like and how you can personalize it for your program.
