Wondering how to feel more fulfilled in your job as an afterschool professional? Building a strong team is not just the responsibility of your manager! In this session, we will learn all of the ins and outs of BEING PART of a strong team, including professional communication, attitude, confidence, and navigating tough conversations. This session is geared towards front line staff members, especially those who are new to the afterschool field, are feeling unsure about how to have the sometimes awkward conversations with a supervisor, and are looking to strengthen their team without the title of "site manager", "coordinator", etc. but all positions are welcome to attend!
