PROTECT Utah is the first official state-approved providers of human trafficking education training and curricula. doTERRA's philanthropic branch, the Healing Hands Foundation, has graciously covered all the costs for implementing this program across the state. Despite our best efforts in prevention, students and others around us will experience trauma either through abuse, suicide, or disasters. And then there are those who experience recurring mental and physical illness. Although we cannot change their experiences, we can still make a difference for them in their journey of recovery. Get a refresher on the effects these experiences have on brains and how to help them in recovery.
